2012 should be an exciting year for RWR. The Clarence-Rockland Classic returns for a 3rd year, the Time Trial Championships for a 2nd year, and the Hammer & Anvil for a 4th year. In addition, there will be a new race for the first weekend in June – details to come soon!

2011 should be an exciting year for RWR. We will be hosting two provincial championships – the Time Trial Championships on Aug 21 and the Cyclo Cross Championships on Nov 12. In addition, the Clarence-Rockland Classic returns for a 2nd year on Apr 10) and the Anvil returns for its 3rd year on Nov 13.

Ride With Rendall continues to do its part in helping develop the sport of cycling, and we are happy that you are all a part of it. For 2011, RWR has slightly increased the membership fee, but with this increase, as an incentive to get all our members out to our events, we are giving a 25% discount on your registration fees for all the race events mentioned above as well as the cyclo cross clinics and road clinic. If you are able to volunteer for any or all of these events, we will also consider a membership subsidy.

A full clothing order for 2011 has already been submitted to Biemme and delivery is expected early April. Quantities were picked based on the trends over the past 5 seasons. There should be enough clothing to meet everyone’s requests, but the sooner you get your order sent in, the less chance there is of us not being able to fill your full order.
